Exceptional Blue Chalcedony Necklace – 14 Large Natural Agate Beads
An exceptional statement necklace composed of 14 large natural blue chalcedony beads, individually polished to preserve their irregular forms and the remarkable natural patterns of the stone.
The palette is particularly beautiful, ranging from soft lavender blue and pale cloudy blue to smoky grey, mauve and subtle pinkish tones. Some beads are translucent, allowing light to penetrate deeply into the stone, while others are more opaque and reveal delicate milky inclusions and cloud-like formations.
Each bead is unique. Several display spectacular natural formations resembling clouds, flowers or miniature landscapes suspended within the stone.
The impressive central bead measures 3.8 cm long. Like several of the other beads, it retains natural cavities and irregularities resulting from the formation of the chalcedony. What makes this necklace particularly attractive is the diversity of the material: no two beads are identical. The variations in translucency, colour zoning, inclusions and natural formations are intrinsic characteristics of the stone.

The beads retain natural irregularities, inclusions, small cavities and internal fissures associated with the stone itself. The large central bead in particular has a visible natural recessed area, which can be positioned toward the neck according to the way the necklace is worn.
