Very large box amulet of barbed arrowhead shape from Rajasthan
This pendant was made and worn in India in the first half of the 20th century. This piece of jewelry consists of a small hollow box to which many small beads are attached. This pendant is suspended by 2 rings decorated with flowers. This pendant is in the shape of an arrowhead. It is engraved with flowers and birds. The Indian name for this kind of jewelry is Chagda.
