African necklace - 23 Vintage Venetian chevron beads
The beads on this necklace are arranged with the smaller beads at the clasp and the larger central portion to create a harmonious visual effect.
Chevron beads were mainly used for trade with Central African countries (Cameroon, Congo). These beads were made relatively recently, probably in the middle of the 20th century.
